High-frequency mode, used with disposable high-frequency sealing and cutting instruments, is used during surgery to seal blood vessels (excluding pulmonary vessels) and lymphatic vessels with a diameter not exceeding 7mm, as well as tissue bundles suitable for instrument jaw size. Ultrasonic mode, used with disposable ultrasonic soft tissue surgical scalpels, is used during surgery for cutting and hemostasis of soft tissue, and can seal blood vessels with a diameter not exceeding 5mm.
